Before allowing work

  • Checking a valid document granting stay in Bulgaria
  • Keeping a copy of the document for the entire employment period
  • Written employment contract translated into a language the worker understands
  • Registration with NRA (National Revenue Agency) within legal deadlines

During employment

Changes in position, hours, or pay may require permit amendments. The Labour Inspectorate checks if real conditions match the documents.

Practice

We track deadline calendars for our clients: expiring documents, extensions, and notifications, so there is no break in legal work.
