Experience in European industry
Car plants in Tangier and Kenitra, aerospace and electronics in Casablanca. Candidates know line takt, quality control and the safety standards European customers expect.

Morocco manufactures for European automotive, aerospace and electronics groups, and its vocational training system graduates hundreds of thousands of technicians every year. We run sourcing, diploma verification, relocation and accommodation – candidates within 1–3 months.
Morocco · North Africa
Morocco is one of Europe's key manufacturing bases. Tangier and Kenitra host car plants and hundreds of tier suppliers, Casablanca an aerospace and electronics cluster, and Agadir with the Souss-Massa region greenhouse agriculture exporting to the European Union. A candidate from such a plant already knows EU quality standards, line takt and production discipline before setting foot in a Bulgarian facility.
The skills base comes from OFPPT – the largest vocational network in North Africa, with over three hundred centres and curricula designed together with industry. Diplomas are issued in French after a practical exam, so credentials can genuinely be verified rather than taken on trust.
Proximity is a hard advantage here. A flight from Casablanca to Sofia takes only a few hours, the time difference is one hour, and tickets cost far less than from more distant markets. Lower relocation costs and easy staged arrivals make Morocco a strong fit when you need to fill entire shifts in batches.
Primework runs the whole process for this direction: sourcing and verification in Morocco, candidate selection, and relocation with accommodation once the team is confirmed.

Vocational qualifications issued in French and verifiable with the issuing body. We check them rather than simply accepting a scan.
A few hours of flight and one hour of time difference. Cheaper tickets and easy staged arrivals make it simpler to fill a shift in several batches.
French is the language of technical education and documentation, English is common in export clusters and Spanish in the north. Technical documentation is not a barrier.
Mechanics, electricians, CNC operators, welders and fitters with real plant experience. This origin suits companies looking for qualifications, not just headcount.
Souss-Massa and Agadir supply vegetables and fruit to the European Union. Candidates know greenhouses, harvesting, packhouses and cold stores under export regimes.
Qualifications
Each candidate profile includes a scan of the diploma, an employment history with named plants, references, an assessment of French and English, and – for technical trades – documentation of a practical skills test.
OFPPT diplomas and qualification levels
Each level ends with a practical exam. We confirm the document with the issuing body and provide a translation where needed for the role.
Experience in export plants
We verify work with named employers in Tangier, Kenitra, Casablanca and Fez: automotive, wiring harnesses, electronics, aerospace and textiles. References are confirmed by phone.
Technical skills and optional practical test
Weld samples with photographic documentation, machine tests for operators, and licence category and route experience checks for drivers – available as optional add-ons on client request.
Language level
A video interview assessing French and, where relevant, English. We describe the level concretely: following instructions, talking to a supervisor, dealing with guests or clients.
The region of origin translates directly into a candidate's professional profile.
Casablanca and Settat
The country's largest industrial hub: electronics, aerospace, chemicals, port logistics and services. It also holds the widest technician pool.
Tangier and Tetouan
Free zone and automotive: assembly, wiring harnesses, plastics and logistics towards Europe. Candidates used to shift work under quality audits.
Kenitra and Rabat
The new automotive cluster and its suppliers: line operators, maintenance mechanics, quality inspectors.
Fez and Meknes
Traditional crafts, construction, furniture and food processing. A good source of carpenters, fitters, welders and finishing trades.
Agadir and Souss-Massa
Greenhouse agriculture and fish processing exporting to the European Union, plus tourism and hospitality at international standard.
Marrakesh
Hospitality and catering serving European guests: chefs, kitchen assistants, waiters and housekeeping with chain-hotel experience.
We run the process in clear stages: needs analysis, quote and contract; sourcing and pre-selection in Morocco; candidate verification and shortlist; relocation and accommodation; onboarding. Every stage has a clear deadline.

We do not quote a single price per worker – the budget depends on the role, headcount and accommodation standard. With Morocco the transport line is clearly lower: a short flight from Casablanca costs a fraction of tickets from more distant markets, and arrivals can be staged without inflating costs. Industries
This origin is chosen where technical skills and readiness to work to European quality standards matter. Moroccan plants have supplied EU groups for years, so candidates are not learning production culture for the first time in Bulgaria.
Tangier and Kenitra host car plants and hundreds of suppliers. Candidates know assembly, line takt, quality control and automotive customer audits.
The Casablanca aerospace cluster and wiring plants require precision, microscope work and technical documentation. Candidates are used to strict quality regimes.
Large infrastructure programmes and housing gave candidates experience on major sites and in finishing works.
Tanger Med is one of the largest container terminals in the Mediterranean. A real base of warehouse staff and forklift operators.
Souss-Massa and Agadir export vegetables, fruit and fish to the European Union. Candidates know greenhouses, packhouses, cold stores and export standards.
Marrakesh and Agadir serve European guests in chain hotels. Chefs and staff experienced in international cuisine and chain standards.
We use Morocco where technical qualifications and a cheap, short transfer matter most.
Roles
This origin performs best in industrial production, maintenance, construction and logistics. For technical trades we can arrange an optional practical skills test on client request.

A comparison of typical differences in candidate profile.
| Criterion | Morocco | Other directions |
|---|---|---|
| Language | French in industry and education, often English, Spanish in the north | Varies by direction |
| Candidate profile | Automotive, electronics, maintenance, construction, export agriculture | More often general manual work or narrow specialisation |
| Relocation cost | Low – a short flight and one hour of time difference | Higher for more distant origins |
| Best fit | Technical, industrial and export-agriculture roles | Varies by direction |

Cultural integration
Moroccan teams settle in quickly when a few things are set up from the start. Below are the points that in practice decide whether the first year runs without turnover.
French, Bulgarian and documentation
French works from day one with technical documentation and engineering staff, but the crew speaks Bulgarian. Bilingual workstation instructions and a basic Bulgarian course after arrival noticeably shorten the distance within the team.
Food and meals
Most candidates eat halal and do not consume pork. An alternative canteen dish or kitchen access after the shift resolves it entirely, without changing the menu for the whole plant.
Ramadan and shift planning
During Ramadan it is worth shifting break times or easing the schedule on the heaviest roles. The month is known a year ahead, so it is easy to plan alongside the production schedule.
A buddy system from day one
Pairing new arrivals with an experienced colleague for the first two weeks prevents isolation and speeds up learning the workstation.
