Large-site experience
Candidates from contracts abroad know industrial-scale construction sites: schedules, brigade work, documentation and mandatory safety training.

We recruit builders, welders, machine operators, production workers, warehouse staff and drivers in Pakistan. Most candidates have contracts abroad behind them, so shift work and safety discipline are nothing new. We run sourcing, verification, relocation and accommodation – candidates within 1–3 months.
Pakistan · South Asia
Pakistan is one of the world's largest labour-exporting markets. Hundreds of thousands of people leave each year for contracts abroad, mainly in construction, manufacturing, logistics and transport. For a Bulgarian employer that means a very deep pool of candidates who have already worked abroad and know what a long contract away from family involves.
The second advantage is genuine regional specialisation. Faisalabad means textiles, Sialkot surgical instruments and sports goods, Gujranwala and Gujrat metalwork and home appliances, Karachi the port, logistics and heavy industry, while Lahore and Rawalpindi mean construction. Choosing the region really does shape the candidate's professional profile.
We assess candidates on what can be verified: employment history, work certificates from plants and overseas contracts, references, and a practical skills test for technical trades.
Primework runs the whole process for this direction: sourcing and verification in Pakistan, candidate selection, and relocation with accommodation once the team is confirmed.

Candidates from contracts abroad know industrial-scale construction sites: schedules, brigade work, documentation and mandatory safety training.
Welders, fitters, structural erectors, mechanics and electricians with real workshop practice. We verify skills with a practical task, not with a certificate alone.
Pakistan has over 240 million people and a young demographic structure. For larger orders that means an entire team for one role can be built without quality compromises.
English is the language of administration and technical education. We assess the level in an interview and describe it in the candidate profile.
Faisalabad and Karachi are huge garment and textile hubs – machine operators, cutting rooms, quality control and packing with years of hands-on practice.
We apply a zero candidate fee policy and verify candidates thoroughly before presenting a shortlist.
Qualifications
The candidate profile includes employment history from specific plants and overseas contracts, references, scans of certificates and diplomas, an English level assessment and – for technical trades – documentation of a practical skills test.
Work experience
We check which plants and contracts the candidate worked on, for how long and on what equipment. Work certificates are verified with the issuer where possible.
Practical skills test
For welders, fitters and operators we arrange a practical task with photo documentation and assessment before departure, so you know what the candidate can really do.
Documents and identity
Passport, identity document, school certificates and vocational course records. We compile them into a clear profile for your review.
English and interview
An interview assessing communication. For larger groups we point out the candidate best suited to act as the language link.
The region of origin genuinely shapes the candidate's professional profile.
Lahore and central Punjab
The country's largest labour market: construction, manufacturing, logistics and services. The widest pool of construction workers, warehouse and production staff.
Faisalabad
The textile industry hub. Sewing and spinning machine operators, cutting room, quality control and packing – experience counted in years at the machine.
Sialkot and Gujranwala
Surgical instruments, sports goods, metalwork and home appliances. Precision craft, fitters, assemblers and machine-tool operators.
Karachi and Sindh
Port, logistics, heavy and shipbuilding industry. Welders, structural erectors, warehouse staff, forklift operators and loading crews.
Islamabad, Rawalpindi and KPK
Construction, infrastructure and transport. Candidates from contracts abroad: formwork carpenters, steel fixers, site electricians and professional drivers.
We run the process in clear stages: needs analysis, quote and contract; sourcing and pre-selection in Pakistan; candidate verification and shortlist; relocation and accommodation; onboarding. Every stage has a clear deadline.

Industries
This origin is chosen when you need people for demanding, well-organised work in large teams – construction, manufacturing, warehousing and transport. Experience from contracts abroad shortens the induction time.
The strongest side of this origin. Candidates from sites abroad: structures, formwork, steel fixing, installations and finishing works.
The base of Gujranwala, Gujrat and Karachi: welding, structural assembly, machining and maintenance in continuous-process plants.
Faisalabad and Karachi are among the world's largest textile hubs. Machine operators, cutting rooms, quality control and packing with years of practice.
The port of Karachi and the country's transport corridors are a real base of warehouse staff, forklift operators and professional drivers with international experience.
Cold store, production line and packing work. Candidates know output norms and shift work; halal meal arrangements are worth settling upfront.
We choose Pakistan where a large group, construction and industrial experience and multi-year stability count.
Positions
This origin performs best in construction, metalwork, manufacturing and logistics. For technical trades we can arrange an optional practical test as a paid add-on on client request.

A comparison of typical differences in the candidate profile.
| Criterion | Pakistan | Other origins |
|---|---|---|
| Candidate profile | Construction, metalwork, transport, light industry | Varies by direction |
| Experience abroad | Very frequent contracts on international sites | Mixed – from first-time travellers to several contracts |
| Scale | Very deep candidate pool, suits mass recruitment | Depends on market size |
| Best fit | Large construction and industrial teams | Varies by direction |

Cultural integration
Teams from Pakistan work steadily and stay long, but a few things are worth setting up at the start. Below are the points that in practice decide whether the first year passes without turnover.
Halal meals and Ramadan
Most workers are Muslim. Access to a kitchen at the accommodation, a halal option in the canteen and accounting for Ramadan and Eid in the schedule are the simplest steps that genuinely build loyalty.
English versus Bulgarian on the floor
English works with management and documentation, but the crew speaks Bulgarian. Bilingual workstation instructions, safety training with interpretation and a basic Bulgarian course close the distance in the team.
Climate and the first weeks
Bulgarian winter is new to most candidates. A winter clothing pack on arrival and scheduling arrivals outside the coldest weeks genuinely reduce resignations in the first quarter.
Transfers and everyday support
Cheap transfers home matter – supporting family is the main purpose of the contract for most workers. A predictable roster and payments on time are the best retention tools.
